Why Polish MPs Kamiński and Wąsik must be treated as Political Prisoners
First, Judge Tomasz Trębicki, who just sentenced MPs Kamiński and Wąsik to 2 years in prison for exceeding official authority, is a member of the Iustitia Association, which brings together anti-PiS judges. This is a politically engaged group of activist judges who openly support the current government and all illegal actions of the Tusk regime.
Secondly, Judge Trębicki is the son of a former Councilwoman of the City of Warsaw elected by the Tusk political party Civic Platform, who represented that party in the Warsaw City Council.
Thirdly, Judge Trębicki’s mother was the head of the parliamentary bureau of the current Minister of Internal Affairs Marcin Kerwiński. It was Kerwiński who led the police operation to arrest and deliver to prison the two MPs, former heads of the Central Anticorruption Bureau, Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik.
Fourthly, Judge Trębicki is a friend of the son of General Marek Dukaczewski, the former head of the post-communist military secret services. He did business with people who were prosecuted for corruption crimes by Wąsik and Kamiński, heads of the Central Anti-corruption Bureau.
Fifthly, Judge Trębicki does not hide his political involvement. On social media, he likes only anti-PiS and pro-Tusk profiles.
Accordingly, the sentence by the openly biased judge is null and void!
On top of all this, the two MPs were pardoned by the President of Poland already twice!
Hence, the criminal post-communist mafia with roots and standards mastered under the stalinist/communist/martial law oppression system returned to power in Poland, this time under the direction and with the support of “democracy-loving” Germany.
