German politicians abandoned their own people

German politicians used to betray and abandon their own German people

  1.  Poles could save hundreds of thousands of German lives close to the end of World War II

Poles could save hundreds of thousands of German lives close to the end of World War II (WWII) and Berlin from annihilation, and it was up to German politicians to choose. Unfortunately, German politicians abandoned their own people, giving them up to their murderous enemy, the Russians.  Here is how.

The Polish military underground was the largest in Europe during WWII under German occupation. It started the Warsaw Uprising on Aug. 1, 1944, despite Soviet forces encroaching on this, the biggest Polish city. Poles claimed independence for Poland and would not allow the Soviets to enter the Polish capital. The military uprising broke out while the Germans were still in the town. The Soviets were in the eastern suburbs of Warsaw and halted their westward march.

  1. German politicians could confront Stalin against the Western Allies

Here is the point:  saving many German people from being killed by the brutal Soviet soldiers would be imminent by withdrawing German soldiers from Warsaw, but leaving arms and ammunition in the city so that the Poles could use them against the Russians. Soviet armies would not attack their Ally, Poland, as the Polish Government in London was part of the Allies, which consisted of the U.K., the USA, Poland, and the Soviet Union.

The United States and Great Britain would not urge Poland to surrender to Stalin. At a minimum, German politicians would have ample time for a non-chaotic retreat on their eastern front and an opportunity to transfer more forces to their western front. Many civilian Germans residing in the Polish territories would be given transportation means to move west and be safely far from the brutal Russians.

  1. German leaders value the genocide of Poles more than saving the lives of the German people

Unfortunately, German politicians focused on committing the genocide of hundreds of thousands of civilians inhabiting Warsaw, not on saving German lives from the encroaching savage Russians.

A similar situation existed in Paris. The French people proclaimed Free France, and then German generals left Parisians alone despite Hitler’s orders. German leaders preferred the genocide of Poles in Warsaw, but not the shooting of Parisians. Americans encroached on Paris, and Russians encroached on Warsaw; German leaders knew that American soldiers would not be savage. Still, German leaders valued the genocide of the Poles in Warsaw more than saving the lives of the German people.

  1. German Leaders left the German people at the mercy of the savage Russians

German leaders allocated massive military forces to make the genocide of hundreds of thousands of Poles during the Warsaw Uprising in 1944. Still, only a few German soldiers were left against the massive number of savage Russians near Sochaczew, marching west. My family lived about 50 kilometers west of Warsaw, and witnessed the German defense there. Despite impressive trenches, these few German soldiers hid in a farmer’s barn and were quickly found by a Russian execution squad. The Germans immediately surrendered, and then were shot without the presence of any Russian officer.

  1. Only one Polish lady defended the Germans from being shot by the Russians

My mother told me a story about a brave Polish girl who embraced her boyfriend, a German soldier, and a Russian bullet that went through her arm, killing her lover. This girl was my mother’s friend. [3] The remains of the German soldiers rest still there, left alone by their German leaders.

German trenches near Sochaczew were full of naked bodies. [3] A few days after the Russians’ attack, the Poles who lived nearby looked at these naked corpses, trying to identify someone, but nobody knew any of the bodies left there. No Russians were shot as German soldiers hid and did not fight; all Poles living around hid inside underground, masked cells, so the naked corpses could only be German soldiers and their supporters escaping west.

  1. German imperialism does not protect the lives of the German people

German leaders should focus on the most precious value: their people’s lives. Unfortunately, their leaders, as history shows, do not aim to save German lives; instead, the German people are set under Russian rifle barrels. German leader Ribbentrop signed the pact with Russian leader Molotov to ease the war against Poland in 1939 and the occupation of Poland, but, unfortunately, these two imperialistic countries then fought each other, resulting in the massive deaths of Poles, and also leading to the uncontrolled killing of Germans. Germany has been an independent empire in history, fighting Poland for centuries and losing World Wars I and II. [1,2]

German leaders make disastrous, unreasonable decisions when they see their homeland as an imperialistic country. Germany attacked even the USA, despite its enormous power and its location on another continent, behind an ocean. At the same time, Germany attacked the Soviet Union/Russia. This powerful country had been invincible for centuries, sparking a war on its two distant fronts that it could not handle. Germany developed the Nazi ideology, uniting Germans against other nations and eliminating them. Still, in the process of the massive killing of Poles and Jews, the German people were left undefended, as seen in the example of the massacre of Germans near Sochaczew, close to the end of WWII.

It was up to German leaders to set their enemy, the Soviet Union, against the other German enemies, the USA and the UK, at the outbreak of the Warsaw uprising. German leaders selected the worst option possible for the German people, evidenced by the trenches full of dead German corpses near Sochaczew, because instead of defending German lives, German leaders focused on committing genocide against the Poles in Warsaw.

  1.      Polish General Anders’ speech at the Battle of Monte Casino

Just before the Battle of Monte Cassino, Polish General Anders promised Polish soldiers that, after winning the battle, they would return to their homes in the eastern territories of Poland. Most Poles in Anders’ army lived there before WWII and knew the Russians were marching towards Berlin through Poland. I have heard this story in Coventry from Polish officers who took part in the Battle of Monte Cassino [3]. General Anders knew that if he lied to his Polish soldiers, they would fight fiercely against the Germans and win. Many lost their lives clashing at Monte Cassino; after WWII, many of them lived in Coventry, U.K., and did return to their homes in the eastern part of Poland.  Their homes were part of the Soviet Union. Anders’ promise could not hold true.

Is it fair to say that the Western leaders betrayed the Poles during WWII, and one of the top Polish military leaders, Gen. Anders, did not? Most likely, if Gen Anders had not lied, his soldiers would not have been able to win, as forces of a few other nations failed.  Extraordinary measures were taken to stop the ongoing genocide of whole nations, mostly Poles and Jews, in numerous German factories of death. These measures applied at battlefields with Polish forces and for Polish territories could now be seen as a betrayal by Poland’s Allies.

The U.S. and the U.K. could not stop the Soviets from encroaching on Poland because they had to advance further towards Berlin.  Without the Soviets marching west, the Western Front would be much harder to create, and Germany’s genocides would continue for a longer time.

  1. The reasons for supporting Stalin by the U.S. and the U.K. during WWII

The Soviet Union encroached on Poland as its armies advanced towards Berlin during WWII. True, the U.K. and the U.S. strongly supported Stalin in his military efforts against Germany. Support for the Soviet Union was mainly because it was the first time in human history that death factories, the German concentration camps, were operating at their full capacities. Several functioned in the Polish territories, and at that time, only Russian armies could stop them as they moved from the east. The west front could be created basically after the Germans felt a strong push from the east.

In addition, the U.S. fought its second, perhaps even larger war against Japan, and the U.K.’s ground army was relatively weak compared to German forces. So, the Allies had to incorporate the Polish military, which had brave soldiers, mainly organized in the UK and in the Soviet Union under the command of Gen. Anders.

Among many European countries, only Poland, the U.K., Yugoslavia, Greece, and the Soviet Union fought Germany fiercely, but only the Soviet Union was strong enough to seriously frighten Germany.  So, the U.S. had to support the USSR.

Germany’s attitude towards making massive genocides was frightening. German leaders took any opportunity to make genocide of hated nations, evidenced also by the Warsaw Uprising, which German leaders could use against the Soviets to save many German people in 1944. So, the USA and the UK had to satisfy Stalin and make him stronger so that he could end the genocides operated by the Germans, as genocide was the war strategy of German leaders.

Playing the Soviets against the Germans proved very useful during WWII. Similarly, after WWII, once imperialist German leaders were eliminated, the Germans were used against the Soviets to play the Cold War. Pact NATO was created to stop further expansion of the Soviet Union. Both the U.S. and the U.K. severed relations with their Ally, the Soviet Union, and continued to support the Poles in their fight against the Soviets during the Cold War. Nobody wanted WWIII. See, e.g., the U.S. intelligence project in 1986 aimed to collapse the Soviet Bloc [3] without military struggles.

Russia (and then the Soviet Union) opposed Poland’s independence for centuries, and this approach persisted during WWII despite the Allies’ bloc. Soviet propaganda used any opportunity to weaken friendly relationships between the West and the Poles living under Soviet occupation, and I recall that during the Cold War, I heard the concept of the betrayal of Poland by the Allies.

The U.S. and the U.K. wanted Poland to be an independent country after WWII. Unfortunately, the Soviet Union had the opportunity and power to occupy Polish territories when fighting the Germans and going west. Germany had to have two fronts to lose the war, and only the Soviets could fight the front on the east. The Soviet military forces were effectively located on Polish territory, and its Western Allies could do very little about it without sparking a new war. Non-military efforts during the Cold War culminated in the collapse of the Soviet Bloc around 1989.[3]

  1. German leadership in Europe

German imperialism is characterized by German genocides, evidenced by numerous German concentration camps during WWII. Their leaders may likely develop a subsequent new holocaust on the Polish territory, because they do not pay Poland reparations for WWII, and have resumed their imperialistic politics towards Poland, see the evidence in [1,2].

German imperialism growing today can be stopped by forcing Germany to pay Poland reparations for WWII. Then, the German people would learn about their factories of death, and about German leaders abandoning the German people and soldiers during their imperialistic WWII. Efforts to pay reparations may prompt German people to support their non-imperialistic leaders.

  1.  Preventing the German people from betrayal by their leaders

The only defense of the German people to save their lives is to live in peace and abandon their imperialistic leaders. German leaders have been making various deals with Russia over the past few decades. See Canceller Schröder and Chancellor Merkel: Schröder became very wealthy from his business dealings with Russia. Merkel exposed Germany to Russian energy monopolies.

The Ribbentrop-Molotov deal against Poland proved very devastating for the German people during WWII. This deal was followed by the brutal march of the Russians towards Berlin, during which trenches on the Polish territory were filled with German corpses. Desperate acts, like a Polish girl defending her German boyfriend, were of no significance, since German leaders preferred to make genocides of hated nations rather than defend their own people. German leaders have no imagination regarding Russian power and intentions, and top German politicians, like Schröder and Hitler, are selfish.

It is time to recognize the growing likelihood of Germany’s tragedy in the future, when its leaders push east by installing their man, Donald Tusk, on the Polish throne [2]. This is an imperialistic activity [1,2]. Note that Hitler was elected in a democratic election by the German people. Hitler had widespread support in Germany as he achieved victories at the beginning of World War II. Hoping German people will not repeat their mistake like before WWII when they elected Hitler. Hoping the German people start to see that German imperialism is disastrous for the German people.

Perhaps German people should start to fight for their lives by abandoning their imperialistic leaders and deciding to pay Poland reparations for WWII. German leaders have recently resumed imperialistic politics against Poland recently, [1,2], and so, the German people should respond to save their lives, because brutal Russians are also profoundly interested in controlling Polish territories. So, selecting non-imperialistic German leaders, i.e., the leaders who would be willing to pay reparations for WWII, would be the right step. Then, Russians would have no reason to march west towards Berlin and kill Germans occupying Poland.

  1.    Conclusion

Former Western Allies should be reactivated to stop the growing and deadly German imperialism. [1,2] Many countries, including the U.S., Poland, and the U.K., suffered enormously from WWII, and so, they should observe what is happening and respond. Russia should be excluded, as there are deep political ties between Germany and Russia, with visible contributions made by top German politicians like Schröder and Merkel.

Polish General Anders did the best for the Poles before the Battle of Monte Cassino in Italy. He made the best speech to his Polish soldiers necessary at that time to win the military competition among the armies of all Western Allies, proving that the Polish army is the best. Anderson’s test mobilized the US and U.K. after WWII to take part in the Cold War and not to start WWIII, then to do all non-military efforts against the Soviet Bloc, inspiring the U.S. intelligence to take inputs from intelligent and most educated Poles to fight the Soviets, [3] culminating with the collapse of the Soviet Bloc in 1989. Peace must be maintained today by keeping Germany away from its imperialism [1,2].
