On 11th November the Polish people all over the world celebrate Poland’s Independence Day.
In November 1918, after 123 years of partition and occupation, Poland returned to the map of Europe.
Every November 11, Poland remembers and pays respect to the Polish fighters who brought liberty to the Polish people, sovereignty to Poland, and the freedom to foster, grow and develop our precious Polish culture, tradition, and heritage.
We, the Polish people, love our country, love our culture and traditions. We respect and remember and pray for all those who gave their lives for Poland over the centuries!
November 11 is a very important holiday for all of us! The celebration of Polish independence has been a deeply rooted tradition in Polish society. The year 2021 celebration is of special importance to all of us because it takes place in the context of the brutal attack on the Polish borders from our eastern neighbor Belarus.
Today, whether in the country or living abroad, the Polish community joins in solidarity and unity with each other to cherish and celebrate the Independence of Poland.
